Commtac Consult Ltd offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on purchases made through the POPIA compliance platform. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

What this covers

• Report Access ($50/month) — refundable within 30 days of the charge. You can cancel the subscription at any time to prevent future renewals.
• POPIA Compliance Certificate ($300 one-time) — refundable within 30 days of purchase.

How to request a refund

Payments are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net with your order details, or contact us at info@commtac.co and we will arrange it for you. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel your monthly report access at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
