Who pays?
Client accounts pay for report access and certificates. Consultant and administrator accounts are not charged.
Who handles payment?
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles billing, invoicing, tax and refunds.
